Lisa Parasyn is an award winning Casting Director, most recently for her achievement in casting for Shaw's 'Bomb Girls' at the 2014 Canadian Screen Awards, and runs a highly-reputed agency (Lisa Parasyn Casting).

She has also been nominated for a Casting Society of America Award (Outstanding Achievement in Casting for the mini-series 'XIII') and two Gemini Awards (Best Achievement in Casting for 'The Yard' and 'Lost Girl'). Over the years she has worked on many projects that have earned acclaim and recognition, including HBO's 'Call Me Fitz,' Showcase/SyFy's 'Lost Girl,' and Shaw's 'Bomb Girls.
