Joanne Rubino is the founder and president of Be Brave Media and Emmy nominated producer of critically acclaimed award-winning scripted dramas including;  Hatfields and McCoys, Texas Rising, Surviving Compton, Brando, Sun Records along with hundreds of hours of top-ranked Made for TV Movies, documentaries and unscripted programming.

 

Under the Be Brave Media banner, Rubino has continued to build her industry relationships and a noteworthy slate which includes the feature film SLINKY currently in preproduction and 60 plus other projects in various genres in development with multiple platforms and streamers across the board.  Rubino has spent years navigating studio/network partners, production teams, colleagues, and other stakeholders through ongoing change including an M&A transaction, post-merger integration, rapid industry disruption, the turnaround of at-risk projects, and leadership gaps/transitions. She blends her artistic sensibilities with analytical thinking and an eye for breakthrough content to develop, create and deliver relevant and award worthy projects to the market place that continue to define the viewer experience and build brand value.
