    Swedish born Andreas Carlsson is esteemed as one of the world’s finest
    and accomplished contemporary songwriters. He belongs to a rare fraternity of composers: selling over 150 million albums and honored with four
    “Diamond Awards;” the “Export Prize” from the Swedish government;
    five US “Grammy” nominations; two Emmy Awards nominations, and the
    prestigious ASCAP Songwriter of the Year Award. Many of his songs have become timeless classics like ”I Want It That Way” for Backstreet Boys, ”Bye, Bye, Bye” and ”It’s Gonna Be Me” for N’SYNC and ”That’s The Way It Is” for Celine Dion, as well as hits for Britney Spears, Pitbull, Katy Perry, Bon Jovi, Ricky Martin and more. Andreas divides his time between both sides of the Atlantic ~ Sweden and Los Angeles, California. He is a musical entrepreneur and a visionary who sees no barriers between the diverse sides of his creativity: as an author in Sweden he has released three books and is a highly sought after motivational speaker; he has produced his own TV show; been a leading judge on Swedish IDOL for 3 years, then switched to X-Factor and mentored 15 year old Awa Santesson-Sey to win the premiering season of the show. In September of 2013, he created his own educational brand and opened its first school “Academy Of Music
    and Business,“ which became an instant success. Since then the company has launched schools in other fields and has opened academies all throughout the country - securing partnerships with many of Sweden’s leading brands, looking to recruit its students.

    In 2014 Andreas stepped in as an A&R executive for VERVE/Universal Music Group, and with music biz legend and long time friend, David Foster he signed and produced the Dirty Loops debut album. In 2016 Andreas composed music and lyrics for Cirque du Soleil’s first Broadway musical ”PARAMOUR.” The show had a successful run on Broadway and is currently playing in Hamburg, Germany. In addition
    to being the writer, initiator and producer behind ”BEYOND THE
    VELVET ROPE,” Andreas is currently producing ”TRANSCON” a bio-pic
    movie about con artist Lou Pearlman, who ran a $500M Ponzi scheme
    that bank rolled the boy band explosion of the 90’s.
