Pitches are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What to Expect:

Following purchase of your pitch session ticket Movie Expo will send you a link for your registration and pitch upload.

Our team will be scheduling your individual time slots after we have received your registration information and pitch materials.

Confirmed times to be sent out to Pitch Session Candidates by Wednesday, March 16, 2022 (11:59pm EST).

Follow your link on the day of your pitch session, and you will be admitted by your host during your time.

Detailed information will be communicated to all Pitch Candidates via email.

PITCH REQUIREMENTS
PITCH TYPES
Shorts (20 minutes and under)
Feature (60 minutes or more)
Episodic (25 -60 mins)
All genres accepted
PITCH SESSION CRITERIA
Pitch Deck/Sell-Sheet (Mandatory)*
Maximum of 3 pages or power point presentations 10 slides max.
Pitch Session Release Form (Mandatory)*
Release form must be signed for all individuals.
Proof of Concept "P.O.C." or Trailer (Optional)
Rough edit accepted.
Storyboard/Artwork (Optional)
Poster, storyboards and any additional art work references.
Note
Upload maximum limit of 15MB per document.
All pitch documents must be submitted by SATURDAY, March 12 , 2022 at 11;59pm
Submit P.O.C/Trailer using Youtube and Vimeo links only.
Any materials submitted will not be returned.
Please do not ask producers/executives contact information during pitch sessions. It is against Movie Expo policy.
